ACOUSTICAL DROP CEILINGS

Suspended acoustic ceilings are second ceilings that are hung beneath the structural ceiling in order to improve the acoustics and aesthetics of a particular space. Acoustic ceiling tiles are used to change the acoustics of a room and are laid into a suspended or dropped ceiling grid.

CONCRETE COATING

Nothing protects your concreate surfaces like polyurea coating. Polyurea coating is four times stronger than epoxy coating, will not discolor in the sun and resists against oil, gas, heat and salt damage. Malleable like rubber, it is extremely flexible and is unlikely to chip or peel, and can be installed on any concrete surface ranging from residential to commercial spaces.

They were previously popcorn texture and after the old texture was removed we discussed a few different options for getting them to look how we wanted. The team was able to start work in about 3-4 weeks from the time we first met, and the entire job (dining room and basement) took 5 days. The team did a nice job on the new drywall and knockdown texture. The estimate was fair and the payment options were convenient.
